Sauna FAQ

What is an infrared sauna?

Instead of heating the air around you like a traditional sauna, infrared heaters warm your body directly. Sessions are comfortable — most people sauna at 120–140°F for 20–30 minutes.

What kind of power do I need?

The Health Mate Serenity runs on a standard 120V household outlet (15 amps for the 2-person, 20 amps for the 3-person). The 1-person Jacuzzi sauna is also 120V; the 2- and 3-person Jacuzzi models require 240V.

Can it go indoors?

Yes — these are freestanding indoor cabins designed for a dry room in your home (spare bedroom, basement, or home gym). Allow a few inches of clearance on all sides for ventilation and power-cord access.

Do you deliver and service what you sell?

Yes. Unlike online-only sellers, our own teams deliver and service every sauna we sell — the same full-service promise behind everything in our showroom.

How do I get pricing?

We don’t list prices online — request a quote and we’ll put together pricing for the model that fits your space, or stop by our Melbourne showroom to step inside one.
